Courage not to be confused with bravery – is having the balls to do something even when you are bricking it (not the official Oxford Dictionary definition). HR is sometimes referred to as “fluffy”, whilst we are quite partial to a bit of cashmere, we provide our clients with courageous and practical solutions.
